Dr. Petrick is a pioneer in the history of food and food systems, with more than 30 years experience in the field of food studies. She has created and founded multiple degree programs centered on food, food systems, food studies, food history and environmental humanities. She brings the essential tools the Making Monocultures Project that grounds the project both theoretically and empirically.
